In regards to crafted Tornado Dance: uncharged feels the same to me. Charged definitely feels less, but thats because its doing only 1 or 2 hits (per enemy) instead of like 5.

All 3 12* passes are given out by earning titles,
for completing EX hard quests 1/10/30 times

All free 12* passes should be from the three "Anniversary" titles:
BEGINNING ATTACK (1 XH quest clears)
ADVANCED ATTACK (10 XH quest clears)
MAXIMUM ATTACK (30 XH quest clears)

All three titles have the same reward (12* Weapon Exchange Pass) that is picked up from the Title Counter Attendant.

Should be there forever, since any XH mission will count towards them.

I've got a question for those who have the new 13* from Profound Invasion: What exactly are the weapon potentials for them? Google Translate on the Swiki makes me think that they improve PA/Technique Damage by 15-30% (howrie shieet) at the expense of 5-15% increased PP cost.

PP cost increased by 15%-30%, damage by 5%-15%. I don't own them though.
