Dudu baited me real good with this shit, after this happen i got too excited and gave it a second try with similar percentage, end up failing all affixes but Arm III.

I don't have a screenshot but I just failed Ability III trying to do Elder/TechIII/AbilityIII/Vinculum/Summer/TechBoost on my brand new 13* talis.

Upslot?
Cause if not that should be 100% on every ability.
Also, why not Latan Fever?

Recently I tried to upslot some fodder to 4s at 90% on everything. I ended up with a 0s unit.
And then I messed up. I made a 5s Fang Soul / Shoot III / Spirita III / Stamina III / Noiya Fever unit.
Then I look at the finished item and I see Technique I instead of Fang Soul.
Cause I was in a rush from an eq being 3 minutes away I selected the wrong ability >_>
Luckily with one more affix and a 30% booster I was able to rectify it.

Abi3 is 90% (has been forever). Sometimes I wonder if you're secretly the biggest troll of them all or you actually have no idea what you're talking about.

Pertaining to the thread, I was grinding my 10* bow yesterday. At +1 it somehow went down. Then I was adding slots - so body I and arm I, 95%. Both failed.
