You could just get abducted then die in there. This will allow you to continue to TA like normal afterwards.
Dying during an abduction increases the chances of being abducted again, I believe.
Also there are a people who go out of their way and spend hours to try and be abducted due to the fact that the clones at the end drop valuable fodder, consider yourself very lucky.
