ATA is your attack accuracy statistic.
The higher your ATA, the more likely you are to hit your target with an attack. This is the primary statistic for rangers and determines how powerful a gun-type weapon you can wield. This statistic is affected by your MAG's DEX level, gaining one point for every two points your MAG has.

On the Dreamcast versions, Using a hit material would raise this statistic by two points. After Version 2 on Dreamcast, this item was removed.
