I'm sorry to inform you, but we mods here on PSO-World are not mods on PSU. What you need to do is contact the moderators of Sega in order to get some help. All we can do here is prevent trouble on the forums here. Sorry I can't help any more than that. However, if you need more help in knowing who to contact or how to go about doing so, contact Ryna or Dragwind or Dhylec. They know more about PSU than I do. I am just a PSO player and mod of the PSO section.
