You can play ep3 on S_C_H_T_S_e_r_v server (but not right now since they have some ddos attack problems and the Lamecube ship doesn't work). But since ep3 was never documented so well like pso 1&2(no interest i guess), its not working 100%(that doesn't mean its unplayable)...you can find all the info here http://s_c_h_t_s_e_r_v.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=20 (remove the (_) since names of private servers get filtered out here!).
