Hi, Maiya! Yes, lower ping is better than higher one... Ping is time in milliseconds that information go and back to server, if you got for example, a ping of 500ms, it means that information sent to server will take 500 miliseconds to reach server, if you got lower ping, lets say 300ms, information will take 300miliseconds to reach server, which is a lot better.. each millisecond is important, and sometimes restarting modem/disconnect-connect (any thing that change your IP) will change your ping...
