Don't worry about it It's because you can't remove them in PSPo2. A lot of fans are annoyed that Sega seems to be making them mandatory on player created Cast characters. It become some kind of joke that you cant be a cast without the chin straps.
What's all this with chin straps? I don't get it >.<
