Sure thing, do you havw Windows 31-bit, or 64-bit?
It's much easier to set it up on 32-bit.
It says 5.00, but it works with all firmwares. I currently have 5.50CFW and it works the same as when I had 5.00.

I hope there will be a fan-art contest for PSP2 too, that's why I won't show the picture for now.

Most of the time, I don't highlight my colors. Actually I do the opposite (That's my way to do it, there are lots of ways to achieve your goal). I paint with a base color and I use a dark aerograph to make shadows (That's why my pictures are often dark). I use a smooth white brush for some shiny effects on metals or some boders.

To be honest the main reason I let Ryudo create a model of Kyr for me was in order for him to create a cool screenshot with both you and me on it.

Anyway. I think the best solution here is that if you want model for both of us, or with anybody, do it in other pictures. THis picture supposed to be fair for everybody. Miray actually msn with me today too, she agrees that you should use the same in game screen shot. You can tell me the pose you like, and I will do it with free slot chars. (either me or mimo or ryudo will help each other to do a new shot)

Round 1 is in fact Famous people weather it be a president, rock star, prime minister, scientist, queen, poet, etc so why would I change it? You just need an open mind and that's why the reward is small because of that restriction.

I wrote you that I just used the gradient tool on a bunch of skyscrapers, resized them and reduced the opacity. I used a lot of pics from Mirrors Edge.

If you want to redraw something to be clean, you should use the pen (not the pencil) on photoshop. The tool can be used with a tablet or a mouse (the hand shaking isn't a problem here). Once you have drawn your path, right click and choose "stroke path". Keep in mind the stroke will be the same as your brush configuration.
It's a bit hard to use at first, but once you know how to use it's very usefull.
