yeah I thinik I'll only be doing the HBG for fighting gaoren. BUt that will be for a while, since I need a load of preperation, ie pierce ammo up and a ceanataur suit. I get board once in a while and fight shan lung just to prove to myself I can take him down easily XD. I was lucky one time to get a lao-shans ruby, stupid enough to sell it

Yeah GS and LS are my main staple swords as well. I ONLY switch to a ranged weapon if it will alter my current situation and make it easier until I can get better armor go back and master that mission with a GS. My current armor is Tigrex set, gemmed with autotracker to make it easier to hunt down Wyverns and such, except I think with me about to hit HR6, whenever I take the time to defeat shen gaoren, I feel its becoming obsolete. Like annoyingly almost useless lol. Most of the time I can't take mroe than a few hits and blah blah blah, but then I think about the first time I fought a tigrex and couldn't bring it down, now I can beat them all the time with ease to make any tiggy item. So i think thats just my latest dillemma. But fighting shen outside a city instead of in a long valley is also a big difference XD.

Yeah I'm not sure what i want to do, I know if I don't buy the game within the first few months, I'll wait until round a half a year later, when the wifi stuff seemingly dies down.

lol so I'm not the onoly person bouncing between 3 titles XD. I can't wait to see the us release of PS:P2, except for the fact they might remove a lot of the sponsor items, which will totally blow because well firstly bubble aura, second, look at some of those nifty outfits. Not to mention wacky decorations. PLus I hope they leave in the pizza hut random appearances. Lol at least your lucky enough to know some people who play it so you'll be able to meet up and maybe team missions. I'm still stuck at defeating the Shen Goaren wthats attacking the city. I'm only melee as well, in any game, unless long range is the best suited to the job. My Hunter rank is only 5 or maybe 6. Good luck with the silver rath set.

Lol thats actually my biggest problem I'm playing 3 games at once, Monster Hunter Freedom Unite because wlel its the shit, it never ends, its pwnzor, need I say more, oh yeah dragons DERAGONSSSSSS and armor made from their parts okay? thats like one of the best games in the history of gaming and barely anyoe in the us cares or knows about it because of cheap boring overrated series XD. Then I play PS:P for the fun of it, so I can finish collecting some titles and rare aura units, still going for either killing hearts, heart of dulk, or dark wing. I think I'll rent PSZ or something XD I have no ds and after I got my first and only PSP from my little sister as replacement for demolishing my first DS (I could explain the story some other time if you want) I was like dude I said ds was better? what was I thinking? Then I play Final Fantasy tactics war of the lions as well, still playing PSP2 demo,s o its like 3 and 1/8 of a game I'm playing between.

Well I started anew in PSP2. I went back to a base CAST, then I made the Beast when I found out about the new nanoblasts XD. I guess you can say I'm a sucker for a feral form. I'll probably check out PS0 and then I might remember how much I like CASTs XD.
