It's all good now, though. I know someone who knows someone who has their own private VPN, and didn't mind me piggybacking on.

I like the story too, yeah. All the Soul Edge/Calibur/whatever characters are all unique and interesting.

Oh hell yeah, big bouncing jubblers are always a plus. It's just that Soul Calibur has really never been quite as popular as other fighting games, such as Street Fighter, because it's not considered as "hardcore" as those types of games.

But, as far as customization, prettiness, and overall fun are concerned, I'll give it to Soul Calibur all day.

Yes, it's very good. Hopefully if SC6 ever happens, they build upon it even more. Shame that Soul Calibur isn't a very popular fighting franchise, though.

Yes, I love seeing really unique characters. I like to think mine are pretty unique themselves, but I'm sure there are others out there like them (on other Ships, maybe).

I've heard of people with those urges like you get sometimes. I know I do, too, but it's with originals of mine, like when I put Nassandra in games like Soul Calibur 5 or whate have you.

To be honest, I don't consume nearly enough media to feel inspired to recreate other things from other shows or what have you. I don't much care for anime, manga, most TV shows, most other video games, so it narrows my "urges" for recreation.

Well yeah, off-the-wall characters that most people won't know are okay. But, the mainstreamers that think it's SUPER COOL to make a character when they know damn well that there's at least 30 other people on Ship 2 alone that have the same name as them is just...why?

Being that unoriginal chaps me fierce. Personally, I have to come up with everything from scratch (besides a touch of inspiration here and there), or else I feel icky.

Well, whatever it is, it sounds stupid and uninspired. Nothing bothers me more than completely unoriginal, uninspired things. I want to punch a hole in my wall whenever I see a 'Sephiroth', or 'Naruto', or 'Mikasa', or what have you. Lazy slugs!

I have no idea what that name is, nor what it pertains to, and that's probably a good thing.

My ID is "BIG_OLAF", because I thought it was one of those things where it had to be a 'one-word' name.
