Registration help.

I need some help with registration
I did everything it told me in Arks Layer http://arks-layer.com/signup.php , but in a final, it would have redirected me to the pso2.jp page once I finished all my registration form and I had to complete it. But it wont actually let me load the page . http://i.imgur.com/lnZLuqX.png?1

I used it recently to set up a second account cause my first one was on hotmail.
Do not use hotmail ( it mentions it on the guide later ) xD
