Could somebody tell me what the text (Mag will only change when the level is a multiple of 5) means? The original text is below.. Taken from the mag guides here at PSOworld.

If the below-mentioned conditions are satisfied above LV100, your mag will change into a new Mag.
* DEF, POW, MIND & DEX must match the stats mentioned below.
* Changes is detemined by Section ID, Class and Sex
* Mag will only change when the level is a multiple of 5
* IQ and Sync is not an issue
* Sato color changes

That means the mag will change into one of those new mags when the level is >= 100 and you meet the requirements. So when your mag hits 100, it must have (for example) Def + Mind = Pow + Dex, and the character who leveled it to 100 must be of a certain class and section ID.

My Varaha changed into a Diwari when my Def + Pow = Dex + Mind on my Skyly Ramarl. Prior to that, I had leveled it up with my Redria Hunny to level 99, then I switched it to my Ramarl, leveled it to 100 to get Diwari, then switched it back. Too bad it isn't as good as a pair of wings compared to Varaha, so now its sitting in the bank...
