What Exactly does "Synth. Trend" Do?

Does it increase your sucess rate in any way or the time it takes to make the wep? ...cause I wanna make a GH-420 with 80 Range and 20 strike....but I usually make guns,guns,and more guns..and the 420 is a melee wep synth trend.I also think the 420 will help me since im a fortetecher.I have a GH-430 with 50 range and ranged wep synth trend and she works fine but I cant help reborning her with more range....She to also helps me in battle by shooting from the minimal distance i fire my techs at

anyone else find MAxed out PMs to be incredibly difficult, still working on max striking only at level 7, how am i supposed to get enough weaps and money to feed it? gosh one thing i miss about old PSO.

If online, make a shop and sell materials (occasionally gamble on making +10 B grinders). Get several hundred thousand meseta and use the quick way to feed PM.

If you've ever made a pure armor PM you'll find that synth trend actually does mean something. There is no PM with a synth trend towards armor, and thus you can never have an armor success rate above 70%.
