If you can avoid it, try not cut off the feet. Even if you can't draw them well, you should at least try to put them in. Cutting them off seems all the more unprofessional.

I originally planned on drawing the feet but the drawing got bigger then I expected >.>;;

I don't mean to make you feel bad, shligger, I really don't. It just needs to be a little bigger. It seriously looks like there's BARELY anything there. Look at any person. Unless they have some sort of defect, the neck is a very well defined area.

Just something to work on, that's all. :3

Make it more obvious. Add heavy shading near her head/chin and where the neck is. Make it look like her head is peering forward.

I just had my figure drawing class today and I learned that the height of most adult women may be equal to 7 of their own heads. their arms will be 2.5 heads long, their legs maybe be around 3 heads, not including their butt, their torso, including thier butt and their neck will be 3 heads. just trying to give some advice that I learned today in college.
