I keep getting some super lag mot of the time..and i keep getting disconnected..sayin disconnected,a request from the server.this always happens to me..it started happing today..it hardly happened b4 but now its doin this everytime i go on..can someone plz help me and tell me y this is happening..thnx

what are u playing on?

if its 360, call xbox support, they'll walk you through up until it freezes, and decide if you need a new xbox. i had this problem, but it seemed to fix its self on the last big update.
