Actually, that's exactly the case. You can find it in "What's in the ruins?"
on Parum but it is indeed very rare.

Wasting kubara wood for a hardline? Its an extremely rare ingredient in PSU, but it will be a common drop box item in AOI. Another few weeks and you can have all the kubara wood you need!

You cant buy nanoresin offline. The only place i ever found it was the Hive (and it takes forever).
Kerseline you can get by upgrading marseline with one of them board thingys.
