Where to find "legendary" kubara wood offline

I get them anywhere. They aren't the most common, but offline you can get them anywhere. You need to look in the boxes.
But, this may be because I am a Human.

well arnt you lucky i finish tht quest wiht my lvl 97 beast and i cant get it..i cant find blackheart for that matter either..or how to get those wings either but everything else i am certain...almost

hey dante im also a beast as well as the topic starter and im looking for kubara wood for the same reason but dont worry ive found 1 so im sure u can too as for the guy who constantly finds them ....i hate u nah but are you finding them where every one says to find it?

I think those of us finding them left and right are doing so online, where it is a fairly common find (at least one a parum mission).

I've looked at least 100 times and found nothing. I need it to complete my S Rank weapons collection (I have the Rifle, Handgun and Twin Sabers). When I find some Kubara Wood I'll post something.
