Newbie Question: Change Section ID?

I just read about how the character name affects what Section ID you'll get. Can I change my Section ID once a character is created, or can I only do it if I start from scratch?

The only idea I had was the dressing room (eventually you can pay money to change your clothes). As far as I know and have experienced, you have to recreate with a different name to change it.

There's always something like that in every game. You get all the way through it once or so before you realize you made a mistake that you'll regret from then on, but you are too far to want to start over.
