I submitted that to the DB- I can confirm it's Desert Goliath S. Apparently it's able to drop in Desert Terror, but I've never seen or heard of a confirmation on that.

I think it's rare because Desert Goliath isn't a commonly played mission due to the difficulty of it in S.
