"

And it has today's date.

I mean, are they actually toying with us ?

Thy mention (AS AVAILIBLE NOW):

A new story Mission
The S2 Missions
Lv cap 80
White day decors
mag cells

Again, they are all mentioned as availible now.

Any info on this ? is this actually happenening maybe today or tomorrow ? or are they toying with us ?

Last Friday, they said they'd release more information about the coming week's update today on the Quests page. That's all this is.
