It's like... 1/90 chance? ( It took us over 80 runs until we found 1 tero/guard to drop while racing to lvl 80.)

Considering me and my team got a Solid / Hit S on our first Ragnus S, and a Tero / Guard on our first Desert Goliath S, I didn't think they were that rare, heh.
But yes, Magas Magahnna's boss boxes contain it, in S-Rank, maybe other ranks. Just a note, there's been 3-4 topics on this lately, Forum Search is handy for finding what you want.

yep try runnin it. didnt get far. probably bcuz i was soloin it
on my 1st DG run it dropped for me
