1901 drop rate is doable. Red Sword drop rate from Govulmers on my Skyly is the same I believe and I got like 4 of them if not more on my hunt for Pan Arms' Arms which I never got >.<. Keep trying and you will get it even if you dont get lucky cause thats not an impossible drop rate.

Yeah, as far as hunts go, this shouldn't be too bad. Just do Soul of a Blacksmith repeatedly and you'll get it in no time.
