So, can anyone answer if Sonic Team fixed the bland music and Level design?

The new stages look cool, but i have YET to play a PSU level as awesome as the Seabed (ep.2 PSO) or the Subterrinian levels in Ep.4. (Most AWESOME stage in PSO, hands down.)

Hell, i havent played a stage remotely as exciting as ANY of the episode 2 places.

Anyone? The music in PSU is such an horrible downgrade from the awesome fighting music of PSO that its sickining.

So im guessing they diddnt add in the Fade in-outs of the music, eh?

This is probably an odd question, but for those who are playing the beta and fighting the new monsters - which debuff do you feel would probably be most beneficial overall? Are there a lot of strong monsters that could use Jellen? High evasion ones that could use Zoldeel? Or high defense/ones with no real strength to lower defense and allow melee and ranged to kill them faster overall? Or heck, with Acrotechers having level 50 buffs, would the debuffs be obsolete since everyone could be strong enough to fight the new monsters without having to debuff them at all?

    Thank you!

Have there been any changes to the synthesis system?

Any signs that they will be a US/EU beta version?

All signs point to "lol, of course not."

Ah ok too bad you can't trade in copper for silver.
    I thought you could? i remember reading a post that said x Coppers = 1 Silver, x Silvers = 1 Gold etc.
    100x copper == 1 silver. 100x silver == 1 gold.

I realize that we aren't quite in a position to know this yet, but does it appear that the Whips will be synthed like Striking weapons (synth with a permanent element), only they cause a status effect on-hit? (Or might it just be that the currently available one has a unique effect, like the Jogiri's poison?)

No breaking, but lower success rates. See first post. >.>
That'd be grinding, not synthesis. >.>
So is there any change or not then?

So are Slicers being treated as a melee weapon, then?

"Melee-type" damage, elements come from synthesis, no PP use to attack normally, but PP is consumed when using a PA?

I've heard one mention that Wartecher can use them, but the first post in this thread says otherwise...

And on that note, does a Card + Slicer combo work well in practice? From what I've seen, the two would be able to complement each other nicely, for ranged combat. Also, can a Slicer hit more than one part of the same enemy (as in, for example, a boss with multiple targets)?

Also, can we get some Madoog statistics? I'm curious to see how well they complement Wands as casting weapons, as well as how suited they would be to pairing with a melee weapon (which will likely be their primary use, as a Wartecher).

ProTip: To damage your credibility, simply call any of the Phantasy Star games "massively-multiplayer."
