The way I've been finding rares (not just lately but my hole time on PSO) seems few and far between. I went through VH twice with out finding anything and the forest in ULT 10 times with nothing.
Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Unless you have stacked items or a hacked mag (over level 200), then you're just going through a dry spell unfortunately.
Are you having stacked items? That causes 0% Rare Drop Rates.
No,no stacked items.
And as for the mag I have just a 200lv one.
But if this is a dry spell its getting a bit out of hand wouldn't you say?
I've gone through periods like that. Eventually your luck will turn around

Just as Violet said, your luck will turn around. I had times when i had that kind'a luck.
I'm just getting a bit sick and tired of not getting anything new.
Everyone is like that, I have had odd times getting nothing then a few weeks later i get something new.
You should switch it up, do some caves runs, then some forest, then do some quest runs. When you switch it up, sometimes you get lucky from the wider variety of enemies that appear.
Be prepared for life........because it has sharp objects.
