Does anything effect the players speed?, I could swear the last time I was in a party my 27CAst ranger was going faster than the other 20's (I think 20) I was just wondering if it could be the STA.
PS, I deleted that character and then my Xbox broke, got the box and sending it tomorrow (25th).

The only thing that can affect your speed is lag.
But what does STA do?
And noone was warping or anything, I feel more speed when I was playing... or somthing
None of the stats do anything in themselves... they all are part of calculations that alter your real stats...
STA is part of he equation that helps resist SEs...
