Making my character say stuff?

How do i use my characters sound effects in a lobby? isn't it like !xx or something? I've tried stuff, but i can't remember how to do it ;_;

Characters can't make sound effects in a lobby (well, not publicly)

If your in a party you can make sounds past a certain number, but only if you type the command in party chat.

!1-11 can only be used in-game. !12+ can only be used in the lobby in team chat.

!1-!11 can only be used in the mission field.

!12-!26 is useable in team chat, field lobbies (I think--I'm not sure) and in Your Room.

While in missions, !0-!11 can be used, these are your 'battle cries' for the mission, during say... attacking.

While in lobby or Room[in the Party Chat section for Lobby], !12-!25[or 26, on some voice selects, most have 26 i think...], these are like common chat sounds, like 'Huh' and 'nah'.

Action sounds can be used anywhere, but only in party chat. These are &0-&120. They are any sound produced on a mission, even speech bubble sounds.
