Just the other day I heard yet another rumor that in order to get high % striking weapons people use lv. 10 tech PM's to synth their weapons. They say the tech part of the PM gives them a better chance of receiving high % weapons. And because the chance of success is so low they are rewarded with a high %, assuming it even comes comes out successfully that is.
What say you?
False. Obtaining a high percentage weapon is pure luck (the real life kind, not the photon fortune you get randomly every day). Work on getting a pure or high Striking PM to increase the chances of making the weapon in the first place, then keep synthing.
I say it's a stupid rumor.

*sigh* It is simply a matter of annoyance really. I won't name names but it is very irritating seeeing guys with their 50% (i.e. 50% ice Muktrand, 50% ice Ank Picor, 50% fire Phantom Line, etc.) items in their pallette and in their shops for 99,999,999. Sure, you can say they bought them but so many 50% must mean they have more meseta then they know what to do with. Either that or they live, breath, eat, sleep, and sh** PSU. I just can't help but feel there is some sort of method.

Also some people tend to buy meseta, so that's another way they attain so much. Others just know how to make money fast (Buy low, Sell High) and can support themselves that way.
