PSU-XBox 360: wanting to buy high % phantom line

Is it possible to buy high % phantom line armor from someone one the X360 servers for somewhere around 2-4 mil.? I am looking for anything mid 30's and up. my preferred elements are dark, fire and lightning. PM me please if you have any and are willing to sell. I scoured to player shops for awhile tonight and i found a couple 26% and 28% but I would like higher if I could get my hands on it. thanks

Nah, it is a 44%, so 1.3 mil is very low considering you said you'd buy an armor in the mid 30's and up for 2-4 mil.
