Its one of those units found in the Famitsu Cup missions. Not worth it if you ask me, 90% pp usage for skills and bullets but -50 atp and -25 ata.
Sounds nice for bullet lvling.
But ya, basically it's not that hawt to get I guess. ;/
Thought it would do greater things by looking at the name. XD
