I only have two. A Rati and a Savitri. For sake of this poll, I'll just say Savitri.

You have to make a rare mag. You only find basic mags. Here's a guide on making rare mags.

Depending on what items you give your mag, by level 100, if stats of your mag are equal for your section ID (ex Def+Pow=Dex+Mind for Skyly) your mag mag will evolve into a rare one that is for your character type (ex Bhima for Skyly female force).
