Most of the time SE4 is a waste. Anything that's not a large mob should get Xbowed. Large mobs get trapped.

SE3 from G Trap on multiple targets > Shooting 12x waiting for SE4 on a single target

Locked circle strafing to be precise then I know that with twins and xbows that if you're dexterous enough, you can can run (semi)circles around mobs. I'm talking straight up LAZY click and hold starfing. Now THAT would make use even more broken than new S ranks.
