Been searchin around the net with no straight answer, ive seen sites saying November 20th fo the US so i'm not sure if EU players get it the same time or do we have to wait the usual extra 1-2 months for its release over here?

If it is a download then it should be the same week if not the same day.

according to UK sites, AotI is out in UK on PC/PS2 December 14th or 16th.
But I'm sure they would let 360 players in both areas have it at the same time. At least they better.
Content can be released on the Xbox Marketplace at different times, its happened with various demos in the past. If everyone is able to have it at the same time great, but there is no guarantee as not each regions marketplace is exactly the same.
