PSU-PC/PS2: Trading a 50% Ground Bil De Axe

I'm not a fan of axes, even if it is a 50% 11*. So, I know this is kind of farfetched, but I would trade it for a Svaltus sword, Huge cutter, SPS, and BH(The unit), as a set. I don't really expect to get these, but these are some things I want.

Yeah, what about that -10% Kubara melee thing? Does a 10% Kubara Melee have 0% then? Or does it stop at 10%?
