Wow, now I'm a lot more sympathetic than I was before I read that. I was under the impression that the OP had a weak password/used a common password/was phished, none of which really illicit sympathy from me, considering I work (somewhat) in internet security.

If the information was incorrectly given to someone else by MS, then yeah, that fucking blows, and I hope like hell MS and ST both are compensating you and bringing charges against the prick who did this.

Happened to me a while back too. The guy who got me merely robbed me of weapons and armor and completely neglected what I had in my PM. Little faggot also bought 200 bucks worth of MS points on my credit card, too.

Make sure he didn't spend money that wasn't his.
