Dragon Ball Z movie starts shooting this month

I'm 100% serious.

I saw a few days ago that a lot of it will be shot in Mexico, set construction and filming begins this month.

Oh! And actors for Goku and Piccolo have been picked.

Justin Chatwin (Bobby in War of the Worlds) will play Goku.

James Marsters (Spike in Buffy the Vampire Slayer) will play Piccolo.

The Goku actor I kind of like. I'm on the fence about Piccolo.

I knew somebody was going to mention it...

I laughed when I heard that there is going to be a live-action version of Dragonball.

I wonder how will Piccolo look like, considering that Piccolo is supposed to be genderless, neither male and neither female. In fact, Piccolo's gender is similar to plants, they are self-reproductive and their only source of food is water. Generally, Namekians are plant-like humanoids

Edited: Actually, there was already a live-action version of Dragonball in the 80s, but that one turned out crappy due to the low budget. And for the fans of Piccolo, he wasn't even mentioned.
