sega was supposed to charge my account on the 16 th and havnt charged yet,,this is just like before.... am i going ot have to cancel my account again? and wait till they fully cancel? then do new subscriptuion,,i heard they were having problems again ='(
Right, if that happened before to you, it's pretty much what you'd have to do to renew. Just don't try it before the cancellation process is done, otherwise it's a longer wait. ;]

but yes we are all experiencing this and it sucks, but meh i am enjoying other things in the mean time. I am sure sega will get this fixed soon enough.
I too have this problem. i canceled once like 2hrs ago. still nothng.
