I have no idea, I've heard people have been getting em 3 times in one day, some say it resets after 12am and others say every 24 hours.

If there's only one way the Casino could win harder than it wins now, it would be card games. Blackjack, Poker, Texas Hold 'Em, etc. etc. etc.

I guess they PROBABLY left those poker tables blank so players could organize their own games, but they could've set up a game-supported system for that, and it would have been awesome.
