petanite where is it hiding??

ok i have checked the item database and the drop charts but i cant find where petanite drops from, i have had some cos i made a viper and a zebrodike (sp?) but now i need more for another S mag.

im assuming its from parum somewhere?

I know Crimson Beast drops it. From Ragan boxes and hay stacks in the outside area (b3)

It drops anywhere Teranite drops on a high enough rank. You just have to get lucky. Check the hay stacks in Plains Overlord S2. That's pretty much the fastest run that has a lot of it. End of B2 and B3.

thanks guys, i will be running de ragan later so i should get some (fingers crossed), i was sure it was a parum general drop but i have no luck getting the damn things.

i was contemplating popping sum tomho boards (thank you 1up) in my ranged bot but knowing her she would make the damn things (since they arnt S rank laser cannons, thank you for wasting my stuff stupid bot).

Wait until we get 3* luck on Friday and run S2 Mad Beats.

Keep restarting until you get the map with the T junction, go left kill the three enemies that spawn, grab the key and go through the door, there is nearly ALWAYS a Teranite or Petanite in the haystacks in that room. Abandon. Repeat.

I was doing this earlier today looking for Petanite and Par Walna. In about an hour and a half on zero luck I got enough Walna and Petanite for my S ranks plus enough Ebon and Teranite to make three Drumlines.

It drops at least one per run it seems like in Duel in the Ruins (Foran Waterfall quest). I have like 60+ just from when i went there for a week to hunt Jaos
