Alternatively, play in the newest missions and pick up the meseta drops. I got 100k+ in one day of relatively casual play.

Just make money and don't buy that sword. If you're strapped for cash, no weapon is worth 4 mil. Weapons worth over 2 million meseta are just for people with cash lying around.
