Yes, this is very true. I got over 5,000 people banned for this. That's why the PC/PS2 community is pretty much gone

My point is, if you could bann people for ruining other people's experiance, then there would be no players. Players should be banned for serious / continuos violation of rules, not ruining someone elses experiance. True he shouldn't have booted him, but it's not against the rules and he has every right to do it, punishment should be blacklist and maybe some social tarnish, not being banned.

Hacking and such is still not a justified reason for a banned Xbox account. This person was not hacking. If he was spewing racial slurs yes he'd get banned, but I dont buy this story

I find this highly unlikely, or I would have been banned a long time ago due to mass complaints from certain clicks I've pissed off.

He deserved being banned? That's total BS. It's an online GAME and he apparently got banned over a STRING OF DATA. This thread is fully of whiny kids who think items in a game are serious business.

If he was banned for ANYTHING, it would not be over booting and claiming items, maybe there is more to this?

well i wouldent call booting ppl for tampering whit the game, but im glad that something like this finay has happend. booting ppl suddenly for no reason is the worst thing that can happen.

The complainers had no proof of hacking so your friend could not have been banned. Suspended maybe, but not banned...
