92% still means that there is an 8% chance for failure. So, yeah 92% =/= 100%.
I had 94% synth rate for my blackheart and it still failed, it sucks and I wana grand cross

I also failed a grand cross. It's sad because you fail it with 92 % chance of it working but you'll never be able to make a weapon with a 8% success rate

Who was the guy that had a 99% of synthin an Agito Repca and he failed? Poor guy. I was also in pain when i readed that.
