Depends. If you can use Jellen go for it whenver you feel comfortable in the areas you have to do the quests in.
In general, you shouldn't have too much trouble at level 25 or so, no matter what class you are.
Im doing it on Normal at level 65. A bit late but very easy. For Normal I would like to tell you 25+ since you will fight De Rol Le and also do big battles in Ruins.
