Returning to PSO:BB for the last hurrah - what should I make

What I saw: All of Episode I and II offline. Most of Episode 4. I did not participate in any online quests or events.

I played without an internet connection for more of PSO's history, being a Gamecube kid at the time. I later dabbled in PSO:BB for a few months but had other things occupying my primary attention. I left off around 60 with a HUcast.

What cool things did I miss out on that I still have access to now? I see a lot of new quests. I'm going to do as many as I can in the time that's left.

Anyone have any suggestions for what I should make sure to do, and things I should be sure to see before the curtains fall?

Grab a group and try out the government quests if you're interested in the story at all.
