I tried all kinds of methods, and here is the one that actually worked (I'm up to 15 silver right now)
Step 1) Go to casino
Step 2) Get silver coin
Step 3) Leave casino
Seriously, I would lose my silver every day. Now I actually get casino prizes.

Pass on the luck. I'd like a new room. >_>On 2008-01-12 11:10, SATatami wrote:

I've tried that and hate it. It's too safe, and you can't win big without risks. What I like to do is similar to the OP's idea... 50 on a color, 20 on two different ranges, and 10 on zero. It hasn't been paying off lately, but it serves me pretty well (usually). On 2008-01-11 00:47, Dopples wrote:
I find that there's a slow, but pretty flawless way to bet on Roulette that works for me anyways.
1.Get your silver
2.Place 20 on Black
3.Place 20 on Red
4.Bet 10 on any of the number ranges (1-36, etc.)
5.Repeat step 4
Either way, you either come out with a little extra, or a little lost. Either way, it's a safer alternative to your strategy. Though, if one does feel lucky, I assume that trying your strategy would be ok as well.

You still gain a few bronze if you win, so what's the problem? Like I said, it's not for the big gamblers. On 2008-01-14 15:33, FlakariLeader wrote:
Dopples: Of course you're not only betting on the colors, what Bilven is saying, is that the you get the same payout if you put 20 on both colors or if you didn't.
Scenario 1:
20 Black
20 Red
10 1-12
It lands on 3, you get 40+30 back, so you just gained a 20 bronze
Scenario 2:
10 1-12
It lands on 5, you get 30 back, you just gained 20 bronze.
Senario 3
Red/Black 20
13-24 10
It lands on 0, you just lost 50 bronze
Scenario 4:
13-24 10
It lands on 0, you only lost 10 bronze.
There is NO logical reason to put 20 on both red and black.

The problem is, you're only increasing your risk of losing more bronze if it lands on zero. You gain absolutely nothing by putting them both on red and black. There is absolutely no reason to bet on both red and black if all it's good for is for losing bronze. I don't care if you use it, but don't say it's a good method. On 2008-01-14 22:37, Dopples wrote:

But how often does it land on zero anyways? An extremely rare occurance vs. a common occurance is a better way to explain it I suppose, but again, for those who want a cheaper prize, it's a fine enough moethod. As I've already stated, it's not for big gamblers.
The problem is not that is doesn't gain quickly, the problem is that it exposes you to extra risk for no chance of return.
By keeping the money you would have bet on red and black for any one spin in your pocket, it is safe from the evil zero. If you put it on the table then it is free to be lost. If you put it on the table and win, then it's still a moot point as you lost the EXACT SAME AMOUNT on the opposite color AT THE EXACT SAME TIME.
By betting on both colors you aren't giving yourself a cushion, you're still just betting on one range. Again, the range is the ONLY THING THAT CAN MAKE YOU MONEY. The colors either make no money (not little money, absolutely no money) or lose you money in this scenario. Save yourself the time, effort, and risk by just putting it on the one range. That's all you're doing anyway.
it makes NO SENSE. Do you not understand betting both colors only allows you to lose that money and not gain anything?
But guys, why are we trying to convince this person? They are wrong, and will never ever ever ever admit it. Why waste your time helping someone that doesn't want to be helped?
Glad to know this is getting personal
Anyways, I have noted that I have a flaw in my numbers, which was due to studying on overkill for my mid-terms. Plus, I haven't been to the casino in forever. Lemme rewrite my strategy
1.Get Silver
2.Bet 20 on either Black or Red
3.Bet 10 on the color you didn't bet on
4.Do the same thing as 2 and 3 on the Number Ranges.
There, that should be right now. So no more drama about it, ok?
Why not just put 10 on Black or Red then? It's stupid betting on both colors, you're just putting yourself at risk for the Zero
Mainly because you still gain some bronze if you don't hit on the color you bet more on. It's sort of like a small safeguard.
