PA fragment Bullet Arts

I'd like to suggest that PSOW update the Item Database entries to better reflect the newer PA fragment Bullet PAs. Most of the older ones have a complete description (fragment cost, status effect caused, etc.), but the newer ones just say "effect unknown".

I just haven't been able to track down detailed information on all of those anywhere. I'm sure the PSO-World community could complete the info, and then the site would have info no-one else does.

The Photon Arts section will be receiving an overhaul in the next Item Database Update. That overhaul will include adding more pictures and detailed stat information.

Since I'm primarily a techer in-game, I could use some help collecting Bullet screenshots.
