1-Tyler drops BH...Someone know the drop rate?

2-If I hunt on C I have the same chances as on S or A?

3-Um...best place to hunt Truffles?

I find Koltova/whatever the heck the slimmer ones are whose names escape me at the moment are, seem to drop truffles as loot fairly often at lower ranks.

From what I have seen people say on the boards a Blackheart board may be a 1 in 20 to 1 in 30 drop from him at best. He is 95 on all three difficulties so yeah. Truffles drop a lot in Raggy S2 as those who level bullets/techs there know very well.
