who had noticed that the people with an id of 60k+ get everything rare

my id is 8466 and i dont find anything..
i have done alot of tests like i go on 50 runs of td i find one cor and a "friend" goes on 3 runs finds a repca board and 3 cors.. partly i think hes lucky.. but when you look at shops you see these kids with no life lvl120 and is a 76k and they have a shop full of the stuff you want..
wtf is that..
i curse you sega why must you make ever game unbalenced?

Judging people by their ID number is ridiculous. I've been playing PSU since release, and PSO for years before that. But by your(and many other's) logic I'm just some damn noob because I have a high ID number after I switched over to the Xbox version in August.
