PS2/PC players: how are the new drop rates for the original

Do the boss box rares in the original missions now drop as often as the S ranks in the AoI missions? How common are the Shigga Baret, Needle Cannon, Rattlesnake and Gur Asted on the PS2/PC servers now?

I lost interest in this game a few weeks back but I'm pondering a return as soon as the 360 servers get the update.

But the boss box rares drop about as much as AoI's boss dox rares, at least from what I've seen.

Same here (mobs in normal old non AotI missions drop weapons now, wow! XD)

To give you an idea:

I've been playing since Day Two rather consistently. Before this patch, I have seen one drop from boss boxes (Cati/Hit from Duel in the Ruins S2)

Since Friday I have gotten : Ank Zagza (Dulk Fakis), Needle Cannon (Adahna), Hirokteri (Bots in Grove), Rikauteri (Adahna), and another Needle Cannon (Adahna)

I'm also selling all these 11*s for 40-50mil, dear god am I rich.

Well i have gathered from Sleeping Warriors S2 yesterday.

2 Meteor Cannons
2 Huge Cutter
2 Svaltus Sword
1 Storm Line

In the amount of 15 runs..so i say..drop rates are awesome.
Shame i didn´t get what i really wanted from there (Psycko Wand) but that is still really good IMO. =D
