Ok, I was grinding up some of my weapons, well, because 3* luck and +10 grinders are fun, and while I was grinding a gekitsnata, I hit a certain button accidentally and it exited me from the grinding session... before it really even began with that little annoying bar that breaks every so often. And when I went back because I wasn't finished grinding it up, I noticed it was 1 higher than it was before. Would they actually ban me for this?

You can cancel the bar, but that doesn't necessarily give you the grind. You can do that and end up with an 0/9. I think you're safe.
